Thank you for stopping by and viewing my site. I hope all is well in your world. A bit about myself so you might have a better feel for where I come from and who I am.
Born in SF and a graduate of SFSU where I played some football and came away with a degree in Broadcast Comm. I came to Los Angeles in the early 80s to pursue my ambitions as a club DJ. Growing up in the era and area that I did music was a big part of my life. Before I was out of high school I had witnessed almost every band who came through SF at the Fillmore West, Winterland and Sundays at the Polo Fields in Golden Gate Park. In the late 70s when Punk Rock was the rage I was more into Funk and started spinning records for the like minded in clubs in and around SF. Dance music brought me to LA and a club Called Osko's location now called the Beverly Center. Osko's was the club the Donna Summers Movie TGIF was filmed. I ended up working major clubs in LA, Palm Springs and was the resident DJ at the Palace (now the Avalon) through the later two thirds of the 1980s. I also had an A list clientele for private Parties. I played for Clive Davis Grammy Parties, Music Manger Sandy Gallin, Director Robert Altman's house parties & mega bashes for Cartier and other major names.
Studying Acting in the day time while I was working clubs at night I left the music behind and landed a role earning my SAG card in the Mike Figgas Film Mr. Jones in the early 1990s. I'm a graduate of the Meisner technique taught by Joann Baron and have studied other aspects of the craft with many outstanding coaches.
